How much is delivery?
Only $4.99 for restaurants within your delivery zone!  Whether you order $20 or $2000 in food, you'll pay as low as $4.99 to have your favorite restaurant food delivered to your door by our professional drivers. An additional service fee may apply for deliveries to schools, hospitals, hotels, and some office buildings.  A 17% gratuity for your driver is suggested on all orders.
 
What if I am craving food from outside my delivery zone?
No Problem, we've got you covered.  Additional fees for restaurants outside your normal delivery zone are automatically calculated by our ordering program.  The service charge applied to your order is immediately visible to you in the ordering window as soon as you add an item to your order.  Service fees are $4.99 in your delivery zone, $5.99 from an adjacent zone, and $6.99 from a distant zone.  Please keep in mind that an extended delivery time may apply for out of zone deliveries.

What if I don't see my zip code or area listed for your service?
We can make special accomodations for almost anyone in any zip code outside of our current delivery radius.  We will delivery nearly anywhere for a minumim food order of $50 and a 17% gratuity.  If you meet these requirements, simply select the "Corporate Accounts" option after selecting your zip code and place your order!  Please keep in mind that we may need extra time to deliver your food due to distance.  Feel free to call us at 232-8646 if you have any questions about service to your area.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum is $15 per restaurant (not including delivery fees, taxes and gratuity). Some minimuns may vary based on restaurant and delivery distance.  Lunch minimum is $25.
 
Do you mark up menu prices?
Absolutely Not! Each menu item price displayed is identical to the in-house menu price of the restaurant. 
 
What about tips?
Our drivers use their own vehicles and gas.  They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you promptly & professionally.  As with all food service wait staff, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, our drivers do not serve multiple tables.  They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process for our drivers from start to finish can take up to one hour. 
A 15% gratuity is suggested on all orders. Our drivers sincerely appreciate your consideration.
All orders over $50 food total will reflect an automatic 15% gratituty for the delivery driver.
 
When should I order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before desired delivery time. 
 
Can I place an order for a future time?
YES! We recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your desired delivery time.  Advanced orders can be placed online up to 5days before desired delivery time.  Click on the Advance Ordering/Takeout button at the top of this page to schedule a future delivery.  You may place an order even months in advance by calling us during our regular hours.  Advanced orders must be paid for in advance using credit card payment.
 
How many restaurants can I order from at one time?
You may order from as many restaurants as you wish, however, a seperate delivery fee will be added for each restaurant.   Please keep in mind that orders from more than one restaurant may arrive at different times from separate drivers.
 
What are your hours?
 
Lunch: 
Monday - Friday  (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
 
Lunch orders must be scheduled at least one business day in advance.  You may schedule a lunch delivery either by:

(1) clicking the red "Advance Order" button at the top of this page and selecting your desired delivery date & time.

(2) calling us at (585) 232-ToGo (8646) during our normal office hours between 4:45pm and 8:00pm. 
 
 
Dinner and Office hours:
Monday - Saturday  (4:45 PM - 8:30 PM)  
For orders that are outside of our normal delivery hours, please call our office at:  (585) 232-ToGo (8646) to make special arrangements.  We would be pleased to accomodate your delivery needs no matter the day or time! 
 
Don't forget, you can place an Advanced Order 24 hours a day on our web site and select your desired delivery date and time!  Simply click the "Advanced Ordering / Takeout" button in the top menu bar.
 
How long does it take?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, almost always within 60 minutes. Please take into consideration that restaurant preparation time, weather and traffic may affect us from time to time, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time.  Advanced Orders take Priority.
 
Will my food arrive to me fresh? 
Absolutely!  We submit your order to the restaurant for preparation based on driver availability.  This means that your order begins being prepared only when we have a driver on the way to the restaurant to pick it up. Your order goes immediately into a specialized thermal insulated catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you.  You couldn't get it hotter if you went to get it yourself!
 
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Cash is paid to the driver upon delivery.  Credit cards are processed on our secure site at the time of your order.
 
Can I buy ToGoTaxi gift certificates?
Sure thing!  Giving the gift of "not cooking" is a sure way to show your appreciation to a loved one, friend, client or colleague.  We are able to provide gift certificates in any denomination.  Click on Gifts in the restaurant list to the left or call us at 585-232-8646 during business hours for details!
 
Can I use restaurant coupons?
We're sorry, but no.  Our participating restaurants still want to serve you in person for those nights out.  So save those coupons for a top quality in house meal.
 
What do you do with information you collect from me?
Your privacy is our primary concern and we will never share your information with any outside person or entity.  We store only needed personal information for order completion and direct contact in our secure and private database.  
 
What else do I need to know?
Restaurants menus and prices are subject to change.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Call us immediately at (585) 232-8646 if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to schedule a re-delivery or to receive credit. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank You for your business.
